Bought this from QVC at 49.12. Doubted the quality of the Motorola name from past trouble but I must say, WOW. Great sound, easy to use out of the box. Great ring and great time of use on a charge. Good idea for everyone that uses a cell phone in the car.

This paired with my iPhone very easily, but the BIGGEST complaint (and a reason why I'm only rating a 7) is that the blue flashing light is very annoying, and cannot be turned off. (This signifies that the unit is paired.) During the day, you don't notice it at all. But when I commute home every night, it is a pretty annoying distraction. Why make it so big & flashing, Motorola? I had read this in other user reviews and thought - no biggie, right? But driving at night, while this is clipped to your visor, it's very prominent, to say the least. I've now tucked the unit between the visor and the header so the light is less distracting, though now the speaker is slightly muffled. I consider that the better trade off! (At least the microphone is still pointing towards me.)

Overall, easy to use (at least with iPhone) and handy size is good.

But I'll say it again - that BLUE FLASHING light. Don't say you weren't warned! Let's hope future releases will eliminate/address this! Good luck.

Easy to pair, setup and use. I find that the volume at its highest setting is still too low. All in all , I like the unit and the safety and ease it provides while driving.

More comfortable than a headset on the ear but conversation is less private. Easy to use, on/off button, volume buttons, call answer button.

When the thing works, it seems to work pretty well... at least do what it's supposed to do: be a relatively cheap hands free car kit... but half the time it synchs to my phone correctly, and other times it doesn't... and there doesn't seem to be a good way to *CONSISTANTLY* make sure that it stays synched...

And getting it Re-Synched is turning into a nightmare...sometimes it's cake, other times it litterally takes try and try after try after try after try...

If your phone works with this thing right away then consider yourself lucky.

I wouldn't buy it again... I'd probably spend more money on something a little higher quality.

My car was built BEFORE the Bluetooth-in-radio/head unit craze, and I wasn't about to install a different head-unit. And, in a fit of impulse-buying at CostCo, I immediately had to have one of these.

For me, hearing the caller is excellent -- the speaker is loud and clear. The buttons are easy to use, and I can use voice-dialing with by Blackberry.

The downside is that callers have a somewhat difficult time hearing me, often claiming that I sound as if I'm in a tunnel.

With all that being said, this was a bargain at $40, and since I lost my Blutooth headset, this has been a Godsend in the land of "heands-free-cell-phone-use-only" here in Chicago.
