I was a little bit slow on the uptake with MP3 players. But I have to say this little number is great. 5GB won't be enough for your whole music collection. But who needs the lot when you are on the move anyway, music is so disposible.
Comes with headphones which are decent and a plastic belt clip.
It's taken some punishment, including a nice bump. (in the belt case BTW). And it's blinging along.
Goodbye CDs and Minidiscs! -

Being in the market recently, I wanted an mp3 player that was in my budget, but could also store most of my music collection from my CPU. Lo and behold, Creative Zen Micro 5GB. Upon getting it I uploaded my songs and have been happy ever since. It's great for at work, because the ear buds don't create much of a visual distraction, and the sound doesn't leak. So far, so good. I'm quite picky and choosy and this little mp3 player is living up to expectations! -

I've ordered this player almost a month ago with a remote from Creative's own site. The charge was made to my account the same day but there was no order confirmation or receipt email. I've called their 800# and was told to wait. 4-5 days passed still no confirmation. So I called again then was told that the remote is on back-order which the site didn't mention at the time of sale. Only then I get an email from them about backordered remote and unit's going to be shipped by end of the week. The week passes and still no player. Then I'm getting another email.... It's been, to say the least, horrendous to get the player and the customer service with misinformation & non-information has only fueled my anger. Is customer service waning down in US in general or is Creative just a horrible company when you have to deal with them? -
