The Shuffle does not sync with my PowerBook. Sometimes, the Mac can't find it, and other times, when it is connected, it complains about not being able to find the "hard drive." It's slow, and the sound quality is poor. All around, the lamest thing ever.

This is the iPod you want when you're out running or in the gym. The sound is pretty much as good as the big boys and, when married to the itunes software, gives you a decent selection of your favorite tunes to move to. Great batter life, easy to use and inexpensive to boot. Nothing even comes close to this model for what it is supposed to do. They should have called it the "iPod Sport".

The iPod shuffle is the perfect device for anyone riding there bike, going to the gym or just an iPod that is small and lightweight. When i First opened the iPod, the size was breathtaking. It was tiny, and I loved hopw when I hooked the ipod into the CPU using the included Dock, iTunes immediately asked me what I wanted to do.
    I could
    A. have it Autofill my iPod using randomo music form my library
    B. Autofill from a selected playlist
    C. Manual drag and drop the songs I wanted on there.

I made a playlist and synced my iPod up That was it. I clip it to my shirt when I go to the Gym and thats all she wrote. I get a solid 12 hours to a charge and recharging it is quick and painless. The ipod seems well built and doesn't feel like something you could crush in your hands.

    Overall, the perfect budget iPod.

But, why did they get rid of Orange?

The iPod Shuffle is a great basic music player. It has the famous iPod quality that we've all come to know & love. It has an aluminum outer shell. It's just a DURABLE, basic music player that won't let you down like other brands......

I researched several months before making my final decision. I wanted something that I could use for exercising without fear of it getting dropped, damaged or broken. This little gadget fits the bill. Note: I knew going in that the standard earphones was not going to provide the quality of music that I'm accustomed to so I purchased the BOSE earphones and the difference in sound quality improved dramatically.

This was a great investment. I wish the price of my ipod could of been cheaper, but oh well what can ya do? My ipod is handy dandy and I take it everywhere with me, and I love all the features. The only thing I don't love about the camera is the fact that the battery dies to quickly. I didn't even have my ipod for a couple months before the battery had died. I had to purchase another one. I found a site that has super duper low prices and bought an extra couple of batteries from them. Here is their information I urge you to check it out. The battery only cost me
    $7.99
