I love my new iPod. I got it for exercize so really I have no use for the screen. The buttons are simple to use and I love the colour. Some people don't like the dock but I think it's really handy. It takes up no space on my desk at all and to plug the iPod in is very simple. The static, I only heard once when the volume was REALLY REALLY high. When the song came on it blasted my ears out so really the static isn't a problem. It seems really sturdy. If i do drop it it's so light that the headphones don't pull out so it never hits the ground! My only beef is that it's not waterproof. If it's designed for exercize, I'm hoping sweat won't wreck it!
