Good
1.5/5
This TV was a good value for the price, but trying to get it fixed has been a pain.I had had the TV for about a week before the hum started. I bought it American TV and their service tech was terrible. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Stay away from American. I am now trying to deal directly with Panasonic in getting it fixed. -

Definitely worth a try and I would bet that you will be amazed about how good this tv is and it will be better than most of the tv's you ahve seen. The real test is at home not in the store. -

With this set Panasonic offers an LCD that looks as close to their Plasma as I've ever seen. Blacks are very good and the adjustable backlight give you the option to use in very bright rooms. The controls are effective and easy to use, as is the remote control. The cabinet design is elegant. Pretty hard to beat all around, particularly for the price point. -

This monitor works fine with a computer the editors clearly did not try very hard, yet list it very negatively that it will not play well with a PC, it will. At 1360x768 over HDMI or DVI to HDMI I can get it to work fine with no clipping, the image is slightly inset, text is readable though not computer LCD sharp at 2 FT viewing distance. Colors have a cooler cast at default (blue) than my other monitors, backlight on mine is uniform, black level is somewhat bright due to very bright lacklight.
