The good: Large color screen; works on 1xRTT networks; download apps/ring tones; stellar battery life; speakerphone.
The bad: Hit-or-miss call quality; a bit bulky.
The bottom line: The 4900 has a strong feature set and good battery life, but some will be turned off by its somewhat hefty design.
