Purchased entry level Bravado 2100 over Christmas for wife/kids (mainly). Arrived in reasonable time; set up was very simple (aside for loading some of the included software and re-configuring ISP and outdated printer drivers--but that stuff goes with the territory). Included binder containing drivers/manuals is very nice touch. Very pleased.

The ABS Bravado offers great components for the money with a great range of upgrades. The manual isn't a great help but the online support is excellent and this is the 3rd ABS computer I have owned. Every computer has lasted well beyond its three year warranty. My last ABS had a hard drive problem and they shipped the replacement, next day air and walked me through the installation and software set up.
