Ultimate setups: Home audio

For the ultimate home audio system, we decided on a modest TV, a 42-inch Panasonic plasma, and spent the rest of our cash on our ears. Aperion's Intimus System E full-size towers will fill the main room with gut-wrenchingly realistic sound, supplied by Denon's incredibly powerful AVR-4306 receiver and by 400 of our favorite CDs and DVDs, thanks to the Sony changer. Harmon Kardon's TC30 universal remote calls the shots from the sweet spot, but when we get up to take a break, we want the audio to come along. That's where the Sonos Digital Music System comes in.
