Excellent
THE GOOD
Easy setup; first-rate file-transfer features; now works from behind firewalls.
THE BAD
Limited tech support hours; transfers files only when connecting to a host.
THE BOTTOM LINE
LapLink is easy to use and is now accessible from behind a firewall. It's a solid solution for anyone who runs a small office or a home office and doesn't need to have remote control via the Web.

Doesn't work with XP unless you get upgrade. Makes you wait for a phone call a few days before you "qualify" for upgrade. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE IS NORMAL. -

Doesn't run with USB or gets slower than before with a serial or parallel port. Used to be good in a previous version. Now its not worth its price, particularly since they make you pay for the USB cable an extra fee.
