BMW makes all manner of tech available in the new 7-series, putting it on par with the Mercedes-Benz S-class and new safety tech available in Volvos. It gets adaptive cruise control capable of bringing the car to a full stop, blind spot warning, lane departure warning, and a night vision camera.
